There is no official confirmation of Bob Bradshaw's claim that there are tropical fish in the Tolka. Nor is there any hard evidence that the Vikings sailed up the same river. But true or not, Bob will use any evidence he can find to fight a speculator's plan to build a block of apartments next door. Because of his time as an employee of the "Dead Zoo" - the Natural History Museum - Bob is able to set traps and snares to foil the advance of the construction predator.
